Underage Gambling Policy

Enoch Casino is for adults only. You must be at least 19 years old to open an account or play any of our games. Gambling by minors is against the law and can cause serious harm, and we take our responsibility to prevent it very seriously. This policy explains how we verify age, how we protect young people and what parents and guardians can do to help.

19 and Over Only

Our minimum age is 19, and this applies to every player, wherever they are located in Canada. By registering, you confirm that you are 19 or older. Providing a false date of birth or using another person's identity to open an account is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may be a criminal offence.

How We Verify Age

We do not rely on players simply telling us their age. Before you can make any deposit, we:

  • check your name, date of birth and address against reliable, independent sources through our verification partners;
  • ask for government-issued photo identification where electronic checks are not conclusive;
  • confirm that payment methods used belong to the account holder;
  • run geolocation checks to confirm where you are playing.

We may repeat these checks at any time, including if we have reason to believe an account is being used by a minor.

Protecting Minors and Shared Devices

Many households share computers, tablets and phones. If you play with us, please help keep young people safe by following these steps:

  • never share your username, password or account with anyone;
  • do not let your browser or device save your login details;
  • always log out when you finish playing;
  • lock your device with a PIN, password or fingerprint;
  • keep payment cards and e-wallet details out of reach of children;
  • talk with young people in your home about the risks of gambling.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Allowing a minor to use your account is a serious breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Parental Control and Filtering Tools

Parents and guardians can use filtering and blocking tools to stop children from accessing gambling websites and apps. Options include:

  • Gamban / GamBlock: software that blocks access to gambling websites and apps across your devices;
  • built-in parental controls on computers, phones, tablets and games consoles, which can restrict content and app downloads;
  • internet provider and router controls that filter content for every device on your home network;
  • app store restrictions that require approval for downloads and purchases.

These tools work best alongside open conversations with young people about gambling and money.

Consequences of Underage Use

If we discover or reasonably suspect that an account is held or used by someone under 19, we will:

  • suspend the account immediately while we investigate;
  • close the account permanently if underage use is confirmed;
  • void all wagers and winnings connected to the account;
  • return deposits to the original payment method where the law allows;
  • report the matter to the relevant authorities where we are required to do so.

Where an adult has knowingly allowed a minor to use their account, that adult's account may also be closed and winnings voided.
