Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus, free spin and promotion offered by Enoch Casino. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. Each individual offer may also have its own specific terms, which are shown with the offer and before you opt in. If there is a difference between these Bonus Terms and the specific terms of an offer, the specific terms apply to that offer. Please read both carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

General Rules

  • Bonuses are offered to add to your entertainment. They are not a way to earn money and should never be a reason to deposit more than you can afford.
  • All bonuses are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement and all other offer conditions have been met.
  • When you play with an active bonus, your cash balance is generally used first, followed by your bonus balance, unless the offer states otherwise.
  • We may decline to offer a bonus to any player, or limit bonus eligibility, at our discretion and in line with responsible gambling principles.

Eligibility

To claim a bonus, you must:

  • be 19 or older and hold a single, verified account with us;
  • be located in an area of Canada where our services are permitted;
  • meet any qualifying conditions stated with the offer, such as a minimum deposit, which will never be lower than our standard minimum deposit of C$10;
  • not be self-excluded, on a break or subject to restrictions that prevent you from receiving promotions.

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method unless the offer states otherwise.

How to Opt In

Bonuses are never added without your choice. To claim an offer, you must actively opt in, either by selecting it on the Offers page or at the deposit screen before you complete your deposit, or by following the instructions shown with the offer. Before you opt in, you will see the key terms, including the wagering requirement. If you do not opt in, you will play with cash only. You may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting us, but doing so will remove the bonus balance and any winnings connected to it.

The Current Welcome Offer

New players can claim a first-deposit welcome package. The full and current terms of the welcome offer, including the bonus amount, any free spins, the qualifying deposit and the wagering requirement, are shown on the Offers page and again before you opt in. The wagering requirement is as shown with the offer. Please check those terms at the time you claim, as they may change from time to time and the version displayed when you opt in is the one that applies to you.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds, and any winnings from them, can be converted into withdrawable cash. The requirement for each offer is stated with that offer, including whether it applies to the bonus amount only or to the deposit and bonus combined. Your progress towards completing the requirement is shown in your account.

Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Not every game counts the same towards wagering. The contribution of each game type is listed in the specific terms of each offer. As a general guide:

  • Slots usually contribute the most towards wagering.
  • Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat usually contribute a reduced amount or may be excluded.
  • Live dealer games usually contribute a reduced amount or may be excluded.
  • Video poker and other specialty games may contribute a reduced amount or may be excluded.

Some individual games may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count towards the requirement and may lead to the bonus being removed. If you are unsure whether a game contributes, please check the offer terms or ask us before you play.

Maximum Bet While a Bonus Is Active

While you have an active bonus, a maximum bet limit applies to each spin, hand or round. The limit is stated with the offer. Placing bets above this limit is not allowed and may result in the bonus and related winnings being removed.

Maximum Conversion

Some offers place a cap on the amount of bonus winnings that can be converted into cash once wagering is complete. Where a cap applies, it is stated with the offer. Any amount above the cap will be removed from your balance when the bonus is converted.

Expiry

Each bonus has a time limit for claiming it and for completing its wagering requirement. These periods are stated with the offer. If you do not complete the requirement in time, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings connected to it will expire and be removed. Free spins that are not used within their stated period will also expire.

One Active Bonus at a Time

You can have only one active bonus at a time. If you are eligible for another offer while a bonus is active, the new offer will either be queued until the current one is completed or forfeited, or will not be available, depending on the offer terms.

Withdrawing With an Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the active bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled. Your remaining cash balance can still be withdrawn, subject to our usual withdrawal rules and the minimum withdrawal of C$20.

Bonus Abuse and Voiding

We offer bonuses in good faith and expect them to be used that way. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • opening multiple accounts or using another person's details to claim offers more than once;
  • working with others to claim bonuses or share winnings;
  • using betting patterns designed to complete wagering with little risk, such as betting on both sides of an outcome;
  • placing bets above the maximum bet limit or playing excluded games;
  • switching to low-risk play after a large win in order to clear wagering;
  • exploiting errors in an offer or in our systems.

If we reasonably believe a bonus has been abused, we may void the bonus and all related winnings, restrict your access to future promotions and, in serious cases, close your account in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Bonus Terms

We may change, suspend or end any promotion or these Bonus Terms at any time, for example for legal, regulatory or technical reasons. Changes will not affect a bonus you have already claimed unless required by law or needed to address an error or abuse. The current version will always be available on our website.
