Responsible Play
At Enoch Casino, we believe gambling should always be a form of entertainment, enjoyed in moderation and never as a way to make money or solve financial problems. For most people it stays that way, but for some it can become harmful. This page explains our commitment to safer gambling, the tools you can use to stay in control and where to find free, confidential help if you need it.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing a safe environment for adult players. To support this, we:
- allow only players aged 19 and over and verify age before any deposit;
- offer practical tools that let you set limits and take breaks;
- train our team to recognize signs of problem gambling and respond with care;
- monitor accounts for patterns that may indicate harm and reach out where we are concerned;
- never send marketing to players who are self-excluded or taking a break;
- make information about help and support easy to find.
Tips for Playing Safely
- Set a budget before you play and only use money you can afford to lose.
- Decide how much time you will spend and take regular breaks.
- Never chase your losses or try to win back money you have lost.
- Avoid gambling when you are upset, stressed, tired or have been drinking.
- Keep a balance between gambling and other activities in your life.
- Never borrow money or use money meant for bills or essentials to gamble.
Tools You Control
You can set up and adjust the following tools in your account, or by emailing help@enochcasino.app.
Deposit, wager and stake limits
Set a maximum amount you can deposit, a maximum total you can wager, or a maximum amount you can stake per bet, over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once you reach a limit, you will not be able to go beyond it until the period resets.
Reality checks and time alerts
Choose to receive on-screen reminders at regular intervals while you play. These show how long you have been playing and help you decide whether to continue or take a break.
Take a break / cooling-off
If you need a short pause, you can take a break for any period from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, you will not be able to log in to play or deposit, and you will not receive marketing from us. Your account reopens automatically when the period ends.
Self-exclusion and account closure
If you feel you need a longer break or want to stop gambling with us altogether, you can self-exclude for a longer period or permanently close your account. While self-excluded, your account cannot be reopened before the end of the chosen period, and we will take reasonable steps to stop you opening a new one. We strongly encourage anyone who self-excludes to also consider blocking software and the support organizations listed below.
Self-assessment quiz
Our self-assessment quiz asks a short series of questions about your gambling habits. It can help you reflect honestly on whether your gambling is still under control. It is confidential and is not a diagnosis, but it can be a useful first step.
KYC and geolocation checks before any deposit
Before you can make any deposit, we confirm your identity, age and location. This protects minors, prevents misuse of accounts and makes sure our services are only used where they are permitted.
How Limit Changes Take Effect
We make it easy to become more cautious and harder to act on impulse:
- Decreases apply instantly. If you lower a limit or set a new one, it takes effect immediately.
- Increases take 24 hours. If you raise or remove a limit, the change only takes effect after a 24-hour waiting period. This gives you time to reconsider.
Is Your Gambling Still Fun? A Quick Self-Check
Ask yourself the following questions. Answering yes to any of them may be a sign that gambling is becoming a problem:
- Do you spend more money or time gambling than you intended?
- Do you gamble to escape worries, boredom or difficult feelings?
- Have you tried to cut back but found it hard?
- Do you chase losses or gamble to win back money?
- Have you borrowed money, sold possessions or missed bills because of gambling?
- Have you hidden your gambling from family or friends?
- Do you feel anxious, irritable or low when you are not gambling?
If any of these sound familiar, please consider using our tools, taking our self-assessment quiz and reaching out to one of the organizations below.
Protecting Minors
Gambling is strictly for adults aged 19 and over. We verify the age of every player before any deposit. If you share a device with children or teenagers, please keep your login details private, log out after each session and consider using parental controls or filtering software. Please read our Underage Gambling Policy for more information.
